- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion -- chilled
- 2 Cups String Beans -- chilled
- 1 Pound Lamb -- cubed
- 1 Can Tomato -- diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to fill
- 2 Teaspoons Zhoug

Directions

Saute onoin, lamb and beans in oil until lamb is well browned. Add remaining ingredients simmer 10 minteus serve over rice.
