Yemenite   -   String Beans And Lamb   adapted from Yeminte Cookbook by Levi and Agabria

  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion -- chilled
  • 2 Cups String Beans -- chilled
  • 1 Pound Lamb -- cubed
  • 1 Can Tomato -- diced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- to fill
  • 2 Teaspoons Zhoug
Directions Saute onoin, lamb and beans in oil until lamb is well browned. Add remaining ingredients simmer 10 minteus serve over rice.
