Yemenite   -   Yeminite Kababs   adapted from Yeminte Cookbook by Levi and Agabria

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley -- chilled
  • 1 Small Onion -- chilled
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 12 Large Grape Leaves
Directions combine all ingreidnts save leaves and tomato. Shape into 6 large balls. Cut tomato into 3 large slices, then cut slices in half. Place 2 grapleapves on survface, overlapping at midpoint. Place piece of tomato in center, topped with meatball. Wrap leaves around to create a packet. Fasten with toothpick. Place in baking pan and bake 25 minutes, 350*
