Ingredients

- 1 Cup Lima Beans -- Cooked
- 3 Pounds Beef -- Cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Large Baking Potatoes -- Cubed
- 1 Cup Pearl Barley

Directions
|
Combine beef, salt, pepper, paprika and ginger. Saute beef in oil for 8 minutes or until browned on all sides. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
