Israeli and Jewish   -   Eggs And Potatoes   adapted from the molly goldberg jewish cookbook

Ingredients
  • 4 Large Boiled Potatoes -- peeled and sliced
  • 6 Hardcooked Eggs -- sliced
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
Directions using half the above ingredients, line a buttered casserole with successive layers of potatoes, eggs and sour cream. dot with half the butter. sprinkle with half the spices and repeat with balance of ingredients. bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
