Israeli and Jewish   -   Hilbeh   adapted from Taste Of Israel - Avi Ganor

  • 2 Tablespoons Fenugreek Seed -- ground
  • 1 Large Tomato -- quartered
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Zhoug
Directions Soak the zhoug in cold water for 2 hours, then pour off excess water. Using the blender mix all ingredients until well mixed, then whip until fluffy.
