Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Fenugreek Seed -- ground
- 1 Large Tomato -- quartered
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Zhoug
|

Directions
|
Soak the zhoug in cold water for 2 hours, then pour off excess water. Using the blender mix all ingredients until well mixed, then whip until fluffy.
