Ingredients
  • 4 Medium Lemons -- quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 Medium Potatoes -- cooked and cubed
  • 4 Long Sub Buns
  • Harissa (Tunisia) -- to taste
  • 1 Medium Tomato -- diced
  • 1 Medium Red Onion -- finely chopped
  • 8 Ounces Tuna In Water
  • 4 Ounces Black Olives
  • Feta Cheese -- crumbled
Directions Spread each bun with harissa. Pile in remaining ingredients. Serve 1 quartered lemon around each sandwich, squeeze on while eating.
