Ingredients

- 4 Medium Lemons -- quartered
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 Medium Potatoes -- cooked and cubed
- 4 Long Sub Buns
- Harissa (Tunisia) -- to taste
- 1 Medium Tomato -- diced
- 1 Medium Red Onion -- finely chopped
- 8 Ounces Tuna In Water
- 4 Ounces Black Olives
- Feta Cheese -- crumbled

Directions
|
Spread each bun with harissa. Pile in remaining ingredients. Serve 1 quartered lemon around each sandwich, squeeze on while eating.
