Ingredients
|
- 12 Ounces Spiral Pasta
- 1 Ounce Butter
- 12 Ounces Cottage Cheese
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
|

Directions
|
Cook the pasta and drain. Mix in the butter, then serve each portion toped with a dollop of cottage cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Serve.
