Ingredients

- 6 Pounds Chicken -- Cooked And Shredded
- 10 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Large Carrot -- Chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped
- 1 Small Parsnip -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Celeriac -- Chopped
- 1 Small Parsley Root -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Leek -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Pinch Suger -- Optional
- 1 Teaspoon Dill

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients but sugar and dill. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste for seasoning and add sugar if necessary. Stir in dill and serve.
