Ingredients
  • 6 Pounds Chicken -- Cooked And Shredded
  • 10 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Large Carrot -- Chopped
  • 2 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1 Small Parsnip -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Celeriac -- Chopped
  • 1 Small Parsley Root -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Leek -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Pinch Suger -- Optional
  • 1 Teaspoon Dill
Directions Combine all ingredients but sugar and dill. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste for seasoning and add sugar if necessary. Stir in dill and serve.
