Ingredients

- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Apple Sauce

Directions
|
Whip egg whites into a thick foam, add 1/2 cup sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, apple juice and vanilla. Whip again, add remaining sugar and whip to a thick, stiff foam. Grease individual glass baking dishes, and fill with eggwhite mixture. Bake in 275* degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and allow to cool. Combine cinnamon and apple sauce, and spread over dessert. Serve.
