- 1 Cup Fresh Chile Peppers -- pureed
- 8 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley -- chopped
- 8 Tablespoons Cilantro -- chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Pinch Cardamom

Puree all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Zhoug will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
