Israeli and Jewish   -   Zhoug   adapted from Taste Of Israel - Avi Ganor

  • 1 Cup Fresh Chile Peppers -- pureed
  • 8 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley -- chopped
  • 8 Tablespoons Cilantro -- chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Pinch Cardamom
Directions Puree all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Zhoug will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
