Norwegian - Potato Mushroom Ragu

Ingredients
|
- 4 Cups Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Medium Eggs -- Beaten
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom
- 1 Pound Mushrooms -- Sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- 1 Bunch Chives -- Chopped

Directions
|
Combine potatoes, eggs, salt and cardamon, mix well. Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Place mushrooms in bottom of baking dish, top with potatoes, Bake until potatoes are slightly browned at 450 degrees, sprinkle with chives, serve.
