Vietnamese - Vietnamese Beef With Leeks adapted from Winter Harvest Cookbook by Lane Morgan
Description Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 1 Medium Green Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Pound Steak -- Cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Medium Leek -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
Directions Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, honey and green onions in a shallow bowl. Add beef and marinate for 1 hour. Heat oil in skillet, drain meat, add to oil and cook for 5 minutes. Add leeks and cook briefly about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over rice. Serves 4 Time to Make 0:00
